The Trout Lake Saturday Market marks the start of its 21st year this Saturday, July 1.
The market, housed in the Trout Lake Grange Hall catty-corner to the Trout Lake Grocery, will be open every Saturday through Sept. 2, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Popular features are the many quilts (created by 20 different quilters from Trout Lake and the Pacific Northwest) available for sale and the hot huckleberry cinammon rolls baked fresh in the kitchen each Saturday. A light lunch also will be provided.
Another market tradition that continues this year is the Trout Lake Fair Raffle Quilt, which will be on display at the market through July. Raffle tickets can be purchased at the market for the drawing that takes place in August, during the Trout Lake Fair.
