Rehearsals are on Tuesday nights

If you are a woman who loves to sing, check out Harmony of the Gorge Chorus.

The chorus is inviting women of all ages to come experience its rehearsals and learn more about the fun of singing and performing four-part acappella songs.

Turn Tuesday nights in September into your own Girls' Night Out, bring your friends and daughters and find out (again) how fun and healthy singing can be!

Come learn and work on new songs right along with the chorus members for the upcoming "Radio Daze" shows, Nov. 17, at the Columbia Center for the Arts in downtown Hood River.

September rehearsals will start at 6:30 p.m. with a short social time, and then the rehearsals will be over at 9:30 p.m.

The chorus meets at the Hood River Valley Christian Church, 975 Indian Creek Road, in Hood River

Singers are also invited to become part of the Holiday Chorus performing throughout the Mid-Columbia area for a variety of 2012 holiday festivities.

The chorus is part of Sweet Adelines International, a world-wide music education organization.
