What is future of river fish productionPresentation at White Salmon libraryNovember 06, 2012 Yakama Nation Habitat biologist Bill Sharp will be giving a presentation on the Future of the White Salmon River Watershed Fish Production at the White Salmon Library, Wednesday, Nov. 14, at 6:30 p.m. Since the removal of Condit Dam, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service reports that tule fall chinook salmon are spawning up to river mile 6. Sharp's talk is being sponsored by the Friends of the White Salmon River. Homemade pie, coffee and tea will be served. For more information, call Pat Arnold at 395-2233. |
