Learn CPR, first aid, and Automatic Defibrillator (AED) training in this class provided by Trout Lake Abbey in partnership with the American Heart Association.

Check out the HandsOnlyCPR.org website for the type of CPR participants will be learning on Wednesday, Dec 12, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

A light lunch will be provided.
