Gorge Winds blow in Christmas At Civic Auditorium December 04, 2012 The Gorge Winds Concert Band will present its 13th annual Christmas Concert on Sunday, Dec. 9, at 2 p.m. at the Civic Auditorium in The Dalles. Enjoy an afternoon of holiday music and fun for all ages, including a holiday sing-along. The 40-member band is now under the direction of two new conductors, Larry Loop and Nathan Parker. White Salmon's Sam Grotte still continues to oversee the band as it's musical director. Admission is free and refreshments will be served at intermission.
