Does the world seem a little crazy? These are polarized and stressful times. Meditation can help find a centered and calm place to meet the challenges we face in life. Or, it can be simply be time away from the pressures of the day -- nothing wrong with that!
Learn a variety of meditation techniques in this eight week series. Not limited to any one tradition or set of beliefs. Free. Open to everyone who would like to meditate together in silence and community. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Chairs, some meditation cushions and benches will be available. Feel free to bring your own cushion if you have one.
