Hollie DeWalt became the bride of Micah Swegles on Aug. 11, 2001, at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Bingen.
The bride is the daughter of Brian and Vicki DeWalt, White Salmon. The groom is the son of Brian and Sandy Swegles, Modesto, Calif.
Rev. Paul Bundschuh performed the double-ring ceremony before 60 family members and friends. Jon Krenz, the bride's uncle, did Bible readings and Don Krenz, the bride's grandfather, played the organ.
Given away in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a sleeveless white gown, featuring a silver-threaded embossed floral design.
Stephanie Bader, the bride's cousin, was her matron of honor. She wore a royal blue velvet dress.
Drew DeWalt, the bride's brother, was the best man.
Following the wedding, a reception catered by the bride's aunt and uncle, Alan and Karen Patrick, was held at the DeWalt family home in White Salmon.
The groom is currently employed by Foster Farms in Longview.
The couple is now at home in Longview.
