Rodeo association leads annual parade Sunday

As tradition, the Ketchum Kalf Rodeo Association led the parade through Glenwood to the rodeo grounds Sunday morning.

Ketchum Kalf Rodeo Queen Nikki Schultz, Klickitat, is the grandduahger of Harry and Lois Dechand, who are members of the Rodeo Association. Other rodeo queens in attendance include: Klickitat County Fair and Rodeo Queen T.J. Gangwish, Bickleton Pioneer Picnic and Rodeo Queen Rachel Patrlow, Wasco County Fair and Rodeo Queen Tracee Sallee, Arlington Saddle Club Rodeo Queen Mandi Fitz-Gustafson, Clark County Fair Court Queen Molly Mayfield, Princess Lindsey Olcott, Princess Monique Easley and Princess Chelsey Gaya, Miss Fort Vancouver Rodeo Queen Brandi Nickols, 2001 CJRA Rodeo Queen Ibby Jane Coyne, Fort Dalles Jr. Rodeo Queen Heather Fitz-Gustafson, Goldendale Jr. Rodeo Queen Denise Cleveland, and Mt. Adams Jr. Rodeo Queen Jaecee Ramsey.

Other parade entries include: K&D Mules from Washougal, Holdem & Ride Them Glenwood 4-H Club, McKayla & Myles Whitmire, Glenwood Spirit Team, Skips Full Moon Ride Float, Rode Clowns, 4-H Community Float, the Mike Scott Family on horseback, the Glenwood ambulance and fireturcks, Nikki William on her 4-wheeler, Tanner Montgomery on bike, Jeff George on a 4-wheeler, Tom Rutherford and his 1957 Chevy, Anita Wellenbrock and her 1953 Kaiser, Allen Wellenbrock and his 1953 Kaiser, and Marvina Randall and her 1947 Frazer.

The Glenwood Ketchum Kalf Rodeo Association would like to thank everyone who participated in the parade. The 2002 Ketchum Kalf Rodeo Queen is Rachel Partlow from Bickleton.
