GLENWOOD HOMEMAKERS

Glenwood's track coach Tom Eldred reports that his team had a very successful meet in Goldendale last Friday. Jenna Dean threw the javelin 127 plus feet for a personal best and a school record. Chelsey Wheelhouse won the discus throw as well, with a toss of 117 feet. Jesse Dean threw the javelin 160 feet for a school record and pole vaulted 14-6 to set a meet record in that event. Jesse was also awarded the outstanding male athlete honors at the track meet. Way to go, team!

The community of Glenwood was sorry to hear of Marvin Montgomery's passing away, and would like to extend sincere condolences to his family.

Best wishes to Anita Wellenbrock for a complete recovery. Our thoughts are with you!
