Tracy A. Roszko, 30, Bingen, was transported by ambulance to Skyline Hospital in White Salmon on Nov. 13, 2001, following the one-vehicle accident she was involved in.
According to the report, Roszko was westbound on State Route 14 near the turnoff for SR 141A at approximately 6:30 p.m. when her vehicle went off the roadway, striking a rock wall.
The 1993 Chevrolet Blazer sustained $8,000 damage.
Roszko was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
The individual killed in the vehicle-pedestrian accident on Nov. 11, 2001, at milepost 85 on SR 14 has been identified as Cyrus M. Wallahee, 42, Wapato.
Wallahee was pronounced dead at the scene after being struck while lying in the roadway by a eastbound vehicle.
A White Salmon teenager may have charges of hit-and-run filed against him, following a two-car minor injury accident on the Washington side of the Hood River Bridge.
According to police chief Ned Kindler, the accident occurred at approximately 4:24 p.m. on the bridge when a 1987 Jeep Cherokee driven southbound by the teen, crossed the centerline striking a northbound 1998 Ford Escort head-on.
The Escort was driven by Robert Tardiff, 27, Trout Lake. He suffered injuries to his right leg and was transported by ambulance to Skyline Hospital, where he was treated and released. Tardiff was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
The teen continued driving his vehicle across the bridge following the accident and was stopped in the Hood River marina area by the Hood River Police Department. The teen suffered no injuries in the accident.
