The `Fall Fling' Jazz Band Concert and dinner on Nov. 26 at Trout Lake School was a delightful evening. Kathy Peterson and crew worked all day cooking up a tasty fiesta meal. Our band was in full swing playing some favorites: Glen Miller's American Patrol for Stan Rapp; and another fun jazz tune, Jambalaya Jane. Jeff Agar played a trumpet solo with his student band in `It Is Almost Christmas' from Charlie Brown's Christmas. `Fly Me To the Moon' the band's signature song was played. As we stood and clapped the audience and Jeff teased the band into playing a jazz tune they were working on for a grand finale.

The Northwest Services Academy cooked a delicious turkey meal last week. Others in the community brought side dishes and desserts. Some people have dishes to pick up at the Northwest Service Academy. For more information, call Angie at 395-3469.
