Glenwood News for Jan. 10

By the

School resumed for the Glenwood School on Jan. 2 after the Christmas vacation. Basketball games are back in full swing.

At the Christmas dinner celebration at the school the 2002 Homecoming Court was announced. Homecoming princesses are Jenna Dean, Jennifer Harter, Kortni Kamp, Sarah LaVallie, and Chelsy Wheelhouse. The homecoming princes are Jeremy Ballard, Morgan Gamble, Jerritt Kuhnhausen, Travis Miller and Joshua Smith. Congratulations to each of you. The homecoming queen and king will be crowned at the 2002 homecoming game on Feb. 2.

Glenwood Homemakers would like to thank Mr. and Mrs. Walt Campbell, Big C Grocery Store owners, for their generous donation of oranges for the Santa sacks that were passed out to K-8 students on the last day of school before Christmas vacation. Thank you for helping us provide these treats to the Glenwood students.

Get well wishes are extended to Skip Burril, who is home recovering from a broken foot. Hopefully his recovery will be speedy and complete. Everyone at school misses you!
