Angie Leis, Bingen, became the bride of Justen Greenwood, Wasco, Ore., on June 15, 2002, at 5 p.,m. at the Calvary Baptist Church in The Dalles.
The bride is the daughter of Janice Leis and David Holwegner, Bingen, and the late LaRoy Leis. The groom is the son of Greg and Connie Greenwood, Wasco.
The groom's great uncle Rev. Don Davis of Portland, Ore., performed the ceremony before 400 friends and family.
Given away in marriage by her brother Kevin Leis, the bride wore a satin halter dress with a long train featuring embroidered pearls, beads and lace.
Emmy Foster, Portland, Ore., served as maid of honor for her friend. Bridesmaids were Jenny Oliver, White Salmon, Laura Leis, White Salmon, Anabel Lara and Brandy Hansel, both of Hood River.
Kyle Blagg, Grass Valley, Ore., served as best man and groomsmen were Rory Wilson, Grass Valley, Kurt Arney, Olympia, Kris Stokes, Yakima, and Kevin Leis, Bingen.
Candlelighters for the ceremony were Erin Holwegner, Bingen, and Stephanie Arellano, Snohomoish. Bailey Hansel, Hood River, Ore., was the flower girl and Cody and Kyle Guler, White Salmon were the ringbearers.
Following the ceremony, a reception featuring a buffet dinner, a DJ and dancing was held at the Civic Auditorium in The Dalles.
The bride is a hair dresser at Total Body and Skin Care in The Dalles. The groom is a construction journeyman lineman.
Following an eight-day trip to the Riviera Maya on the Caribbean Coast of Mexico, the couple is now at home in Grass Valley, Ore.
