Library hosts show by Home Learners Network

Artwork by students of The Gorge Home Learners Network will be on exhibit in the White Salmon Valley Community Library during the month of September.

The artists, age three through 15, are from the communities of White Salmon, Trout Lake, Lyle, and Hood River. Works in a variety of media are on display, including watercolor, pencil, oil and more.

The Gorge Home Learners Network is a group of families who share an interest in home learning. The organization provides opportunities for group projects, field trips, community service, park and swimming days and sharing of resources.

The show can be viewed during regular library hours through the month of September.
