Cast prepare for Saturday production

The mystery is solved! Hansel and Gretel return safely from their perilous adventure deep in the woods and bring with them the age-old secret of the Wildwood Witch!

Don't miss a moment as the truth is revealed. It's very, very funny.

The local cast features Tate Petersen as Hansel and Lindsey Tibke as Gretel, Angela Blackmer, Courtney Butler, Christina Casey, Adrienne Charap, Fanny Domijan, Kristie Morris, Maryann Pyke and LeeArron Simon as the eight crafty Cooks -- loyal servants of the Wildwood Witch; Forrest Cranmer, Louy Lerebourg, Michelle McMillen, Jazmin Roberts, Lisl Stadler, Austin Rudhe, William Hindahl, Nicole Logan, Phillip McMillen, Roger Reynolds, Danielle Rich, Milla Caldwell and Amanda Wanner as the campers somehow lost in time in the woods.

The creepy Crawly Nasties are played by Gracen Bookmyer, Ashlynn Campbell, Andrew Charap, Tyler Garwood, Ericka Gussick, Nika Kermani, Kirsten Larsen, Manon Lerebourg, Nickolas Parson, Aleigha Rude, Maria Stadler, Paige Stevenson and Emma Swanhusyer; with the wonderfully mythical Wallybirds played by Jennifer Beattie, Collette Bookmyer, Corrie Brending, Katie Brunton, Alyssa Bryan, Dustin Comer, JD Cox, Ahsley Deo, Megan Hanks, Juliet Knowles, Andrea Jobst, Martha Neuman, Kylene Olin, Chase Ogden, Gabrien Post-Peyralans, Daphne Struck, Payton Struck and Clayton Walker.

Monica Blackmer, Nathan Bruce, Ilima Caldwell, Alecia Clark, Jade Hayes, Katherine Mosbrucker and Robin Swanhuyser have served as invaluable assistant directors throughout the week.

"Hansel and Gretel" will be presented at 3 and 7 p.m. on Saturday at the Park Center in White Salmon.

Tickets are $2 for students and $3 for adults at the door.

The Missoula Children's Theatre residency in White Salmon is presented locally by Henkle Middle School associated student body with support from Whitson Elementary School PTO and Henkle Middle School PTO.
