Talent galore during First Friday

This month's event begins at 5 p.m. on Nov. 7

The Hood River Downtown Business Association and Columbia Arts invite local residents and visitors to the November First Friday Artwalk at downtown area businesses and galleries.

This month's event, which begins at 5 p.m. on Nov. 7, offers a number of visual and audio treats to the general public.

Art highlights include; Cheryl Hall (sculptor), Cathleen Rehfeld (paintings), Kathryn Snyder (drawings), Sally Bailey (paintings), Kathy Brown (photography), Susan Kline (glasswork), Henkle Middle School Art Show, Sarah Chenowith (pottery), John Haugse (paintings and drawings), Angela Lynn (drawings), Sherman Rouse (metal sculpture), John Bellacera (glasswork), Heather Hopkins (unique jewelry and handcrafted soaps), Yani Vaivoda (modern metal sculpture), Amy Schneberg (photography), Wendy Laraway (handbags from Orange Lucy), Jill Warla (pottery), Shelia Ford Richmond, K&D Woodworking, Heidi McLennon (paintings), Barbara Murphey (paintings), Gylan Orchids, Elizabeth Anderson (paintings).

Some music samplings to be enjoyed include, Scott Bergeron, Connie Dunnington and Jephthah Wilcox.
