The Christmas season is coming again. Some folks are shopping and baking and preparing for that wonderful Christmas holiday. Stan Rapp, master of the local Grange, is welcoming the Trout Lake community to the annual Grange Holiday Luncheon on Thursday, Dec. 9, at 12:15 at the grange hall. The grange provides the turkey, and the rest is a potluck. Trout Lakers can bring side dishes, salads and desserts.
There will be a program entitled, "Organic Milk Production in the Trout Lake Valley; What Is It?" It will start at 1:15. It is organized by local grangers, and led by local dairyman, Monte Pearson.
In the Nineteenth Century, Swiss and Swedish pioneers began our dairy industry here in the Trout Lake Valley. Come and enjoy celebrating with us. Listen to the Christmas music, and fellowship. If you have any questions, you can call Betty Schmid, secretary, 395-2679; or Stan Rapp, master of Grange 210, 395-2163.
