The accident occurred at milepost 13 at approximately 7:58 p.m. on Nov. 28.

According to the report, Michael D. Williams, 45, White Salmon, was southbound on SR 141, when his 1994 Ford pickup crossed the centerline and struck a mailbox on the northbound shoulder. The vehicle then re-entered the highway, crossing both lanes. The vehicle then exited the road a second time off the southbound shoulder, traveling several hundred feet before coming to rest.

Williams was cited for DUI.

Gary L. Swanson, 54, Spokane, was injured in a one-vehicle accident on SR 14 near milepost 46.6.
