Kristin D. Scott became the wife of Kyle N. Wilson on June 26, 2004, at the Blue Mt. Community College Church in Walla Walla.
The bride is the daughter of Michael and Marilyn Scott, Glenwood. The groom is the son of Michael and Karyln Wilson, Walla Walla.
Pastor Mike Hinricksen performed the double-ring ceremony before approximately 350 family members and guests. Rachelle Phillips sang the wedding music.
Given away in marriage by her father, the bride wore a strapless dress, featuring a long train covered in pearls. She also wore her grandmother, Katherine Steinbach's, pearls.
The bride's sister, Lacey Peterkin of Molalla, Ore., served as matron of honor. Attendants were the groom's sisters Kelsie and Kendall Wilson, Angie Meyer, Julie Fletcher and Nikki Konen.
The groom's father, Michael Wilson, served as best man. Attendants were Scott Wilson, Matt Sweeney, Scott Narum, and Jack Peterkin. Lance Bachelor, a friend of the groom serving in Iraq, was an honorary attendant.
Following the wedding, a buffet reception was held at the Assumption Community Center.
The bride is a 1999 graduate of Glenwood High School and a graduate of Walla Walla Community College, with a degree is cosmetology. She is currently self-employed as a hair stylist at City Slickers Hair Design.
The groom is a 1998 graduate of Walla Walla High School and a graduate of Walla Walla Community College. He is employed by Pocketinet Communications.
Following a honeymoon trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, the couple is at home in Walla Walla.
