Thursday, June 24 meet us at the Bingen City Park where we will be joined by Tom Question with Kinetic Fun. Tom will entertain you with stilt walking, world-class juggling, and high-energy comedy. The bookmobile will be at the park too, so bring you library card! Thursday, July 1 Sussefusse International Folk Dance Troupe performs village-style dances from around the globe. These beautifully costumed dancers with "sweet feet" will enchant you and inspire you to join in the fun. Thursday, July 8 join Amy Gray and Travel Through Space with composer Gustav Holst's masterpiece, "The Planets". We will explore the solar system in this multi-media show of lights and sounds. Shadow puppets and laser effects add to the fun and magic as the audience journeys from Earth to the farthest reaches of space. Friday, July 16 at 11:00 a.m. experience Pigstasia. We will be visited by Bob and Konnie Precious and their Kune-Kune pet pigs from New Zealand-these pigs dance, and perform amazing feats (including playing basketball)! Friday, July 23 Creature Feature-Leapin' Lizards! will let you get a close and fascinating look at some of nature's most outrageous creatures. Snakes, lizards, and other exotic reptiles slither through the library for these astonishing performances. This has been such a popular show that we will have two performances - one at 11:00 a.m. and one at 2:00 p.m. Please choose one performance only to attend. Thursday, July 29 join us for Yarnspinners and our Grand Finale Party! This talented troupe will delight and entertain you with some silly songs and mini-plays based on favorite children's books.
