It'll be a SW Washington 2A League triple-header this Saturday on the synthetic surface of Camas High School's Doc Harris Stadium.
The action kicks off at 1 p.m. with a contest between the Trico Division's Columbia High and Tenino of the Evergreen Division.
That will be followed by the 3:30 game that pits Ridgefield against Rochester, and the final matchup at 6 of Stevenson versus Forks.
The game against winless Tenino (0-9) presents Columbia High (2-7) with an opportunity to finish the season the same way it began it: with a win.
"We would sure like to go out with a win to send our seniors out with a positive memory, and to help get us pointed in the right direction for next season," Bruins Coach Scott Ross said.
Columbia has lost four consecutive games since shutting out Hockinson, 39-0, in week five. The closest Tenino has come to winning a game this season was its 20-14 overtime loss to Forks in week six.
The Bruins and the Beavers last met on Sept. 7, 2001, in Tenino--a game Columbia won, 40-7.
"We'll go in the game with the same idea we always do: that we want to get a win," Ross said. "But we'll also try to get everybody playing time. Now that the jayvee season is over, we'll get as many of the younger kids in that we can as a way of rewarding them for their efforts."
Columbia High's junior varsity ended its season with a 26-20 victory over Ridgefield to finish 5-2.
