Hoop teams qualify for playoffs

Glenwood News for Feb. 17

By the

How about those Glenwood Eagles. After a tough season, both the boys and girls rallied during their final basketball games of the regular season to beat the Lyle Cougars. Because of those wins, the Glenwood boys and girls qualified for league playoff games on Saturday night in Trout Lake. The boys took on Klickitat while the girls played Lyle again. Victories for both teams Saturday evening assured the Eagle boys and girls of a playoff spot in district basketball action at Goldendale on Feb. 15. Go Eagles!

Congratulations to those students who qualified for the honor roll for the first semester of school.
