Oh my stars and garters...things are happening in Glenwood this week!
On Saturday, April 15, the Glenwood Women's Club will sponsor the annual Easter Egg Hunt at Conboy Lake Park at 10 a.m. The Easter Bunny will be there to greet children preschool through third grade as they search for hidden eggs. Parents remember to bring your cameras to record those precious memories!
The Glenwood and Trout Lake churches will be "meeting in the middle" on Sunday, April 16, for the Easter Sunrise Service at 6:30 a.m. The traditional sunrise service is held west of Glenwood -- just follow the signs. Easter morning the Pioneer Memorial Community Church will also hold the regular 11 a.m. service but there will be no Sunday School that day. Community members are invited to attend either or both services.
Other upcoming meetings include:
Glenwood Homemakers monthly meeting will be held at Lonnie Dean's home on Wednesday, April 12, at 7 p.m. The agenda will include plans for the annual awards banquet in May.
Red Hat ladies organizational meeting is Wednesday, April 12, at Marlene Murray's home at 3:30 p.m.

Hell Roaring and Bird and Frasier Irrigations' combined annual water meetings will be Monday, April 17, at 7 p.m. at the school. Board of Directors will be elected and water assessments set for the coming year. All shareholders are encouraged to attend.
The Mt. Adams 4-H leaders council will meet Wednesday, April 19, at 6:30 p.m. at the school. The community 4-Hers business meeting will follow at 7 p.m.
