Free help for tobacco users

Sessions to begin Jan. 10

The Klickitat County Health Department is offering free help for tobacco users through a six-week program available to Klickitat County residents.

Classes will help tobacco users develop customized quit plans, offer new tools and a variety of relaxation techniques, and provide support to help participants successfully quit.

Classes will begin Tuesday, Jan. 10, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Pioneer Center, 501 NE Washington, White Salmon. They will continue each Tuesday through Feb. 14.

Free on-site child care is available.
