On Jan. 11, the Klickitat County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at 555 East Jewett Street, space #1 in White Salmon.
The search warrant was the result of a four-month investigation conducted by the Klickitat County Sheriff's Office Detectives and Mid-Columbia Interagency Task Force (MINT) into Gregorio Perez Baltazar.
The Sheriff's Office Special Response Team along with the Bingen-White Salmon Police Department and MINT arrived and secured the trailer and surrounding area at 7 a.m.
Detectives from the sheriff's office oversaw the search. During the search, detectives located suspected methamphetamine, suspected cocaine and suspected marijuana.
Detectives also located what they believe to be stolen property. The property which was recognized by deputies and seized included electronics, such as stereo equipment, cameras, and cell phones. Also seized were coins believed to also have been stolen. Large knives, ammunition and clips were also found.
Baltazar was arrested for several counts of delivery of a controlled substance methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of cocaine.
Rochelle Laurent, 22, and Ren Bly, 18, both from White Salmon were arrested for possession of marijuana.
A fourth person originally detained at the residence was later released and not arrested.
The investigation into the suspected stolen property is continuing and charges relating to the property may be referred to the prosecutor's office.
