Planning Commission considers Snowden, Lyle rezoning plans

Written comments to be taken

The Klickitat County Planning Commission is considering two rezones, one is in Snowden, one in Lyle.

Applicants Timothy and Martha Ratley are requesting to rezone 21 acres from Forest Resource to Rural. The property is located along Snowden Crusher Plant Road.

Also, applicant Ted Dodd is requesting to rezone 37.48 acres from General Rural to General Rural with Cluster Development. The property is located along Klickitat/Appleton Road in the Lyle area.

Written comments on both of these applications will be accepted until the time of a public hearing on these rezoning requests. No date has yet been announced by the Planning Commission.
