Prosecutor Reports On Court Cases

Appearing in Superior Court

The following defendants appeared in the Superior Court:

Oscar Manuel Villa Garcia, 23, White Salmon, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and criminal trespass in the first degree and was sentenced to 60 days incarceration on the first count and 365 days incarceration with 301 days suspended on the second count, 12 months community custody, and ordered to have no contact with the victim, undergo evaluation and treatment for substance abuse and pay $3,695 in fines and costs.

Terry LaMonte Campo, 54, Goldendale, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree and harassment and was sentenced to 365 days incarceration with 302 days suspended for each count to be served concurrently, 12 months active misdemeanor probation, have no contact with the victim and pay $1,639 in fines and costs and restitution to be determined later.

Russell Allen Latham, 43, BZ Corners, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree and was sentenced to 365 days incarceration with 305 days suspended, 24 months active misdemeanor probation, and ordered to undergo evaluation and treatment for domestic violence and substance abuse, have no contact with the victim, and pay $1,798 in fees and costs plus restitution to be determined later.

David Alan Lawson, 22, White Salmon, pleaded guilty to malicious mischief in the third degree to 365 days incarceration with 350 days suspended with the remaining time converted to work crew, 12 months active misdemeanor probation, and ordered to have no contact with the victim and pay $1,150 in fines and costs and restitution to be determined later.

Roy Allen Lambert, 33, pleaded guilty to two counts of reckless endangerment and was sentenced to 365 days with 335 days suspended and the remaining time to be served concurrently and 25 days to be converted to work crew, and pay $1,200 in fines and costs not including additional victim restitution to be determined later.
