Do you have an interest in helping decrease teen substance abuse, child abuse and neglect and/or domestic violence? Does your group have an idea to increase family, neighborhood or community attachment, or keep kids in school?
The Skamania Klickitat Community Network (SKCN) is looking to support local programs or projects that offer opportunities for community building and/or prevention activities.
SKCN is a non-profit community group affiliated with the Family Policy Council and Community Mobilization Against Substance Abuse.
Those interested must complete an application describing their program/project. Applications and instructions are on the Klickitat County Health Department's website at www.klickitatcounty.org/health.
Submissions provided by the tenth of each month will receive priority. Online submissions are preferred. All programs, events or activities must take place in either Skamania or Klickitat County prior to June 30 for consideration.
