The following defendants appeared in Klickitat County Superior Court:
Cameron Garrett Scartozzi, 19, Goldendale, pleaded guilty to two counts of child molestation in the second degree and was sentenced to 36 months incarceration on each count to run concurrently, 36 to 48 months community custody and ordered to register as a sex offender, have no contact with the victim, only have supervised contact with minors less than 16 years of age, undergo sex offender evaluation and treatment, and pay $1,941 in fines and costs plus victim restitution to be determined later.
James Brady Regimbal, 36, Yakima, pleaded guilty to assault in the third degree and communicating with a minor for immoral purposes and was sentenced to 3 months incarceration on the first count and 365 days with 275 days suspended on the second count along with 12 months community custody. He was ordered to register as a sex offender, have no contact with the victim, undergo sex offender evaluation and treatment, and pay $2,163 in fines, costs and restitution.
Kenneth Scott Mathany, 30, White Salmon, pleaded guilty to taking a motor vehicle without permission in the second degree and was sentenced to 25 months incarceration, and ordered to have no contact with the victims, and pay $1,300 in fines and costs plus restitution to be determined later.
Darrick Lee Jones, 37, Bingen, pleaded guilty to negligent driving in the first degree and resisting arrest and was sentenced to 90 days incarceration for each offense with 80 days suspended on the first count and 90 days suspended on the second count with 9 days to be converted to work crew, 12 months active misdemeanor probation, and ordered to pay $1,250 in fines and costs.
