The Hood River Holiday Market continues this weekend, Nov. 28 and 29, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Westside Elementary School, 3685 Belmont Drive, Hood River.
This is a fantastic opportunity for shoppers to find that special one-of-a-kind gift. Some of the local crafts you'll find at this year's Holiday Market include jewelry, yard art, glass art, soaps, clothing, pottery, toys, candles, hand-turned wood, flowers and even seasonal fruit! Shop locally this year, support the crafters that live and work in the Gorge and find unique gifts that you won't find anywhere else.
Support the troops! The Gorge Heros Club will be on hand collecting donations and letters to send to our troops serving over-seas on Nov. 28 and 29. You can bring something from home or pick up something unique at the Holiday Market to send to the service personnel. Heros Club will also have information on how you can volunteer or provide a cash donation. The Gorge Heroes Club is a non-partisan group from all walks of life and all age groups who are dedicated to showing our support for military personnel from the Gorge area year around.
Share the holiday spirit and support FISH Food Bank of Hood River. FISH food bank will be on hand at the Holiday Market accepting donations of non-perishable food and cash donations. Help those in our community this season and stop by the Holiday Market with your donation.
Get your Christmas Tree and support Wy'East 6th graders! All proceeds from the sale of these trees and wreaths will go to help the students attend outdoor school, river rafting trips and other outdoor school activities.
Hood River Holiday Market is part of the Hood River Saturday Market.
