No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident which occurred on Oct. 25, 2012, at approximately 10:09 p.m. on State Route 97 at milepost 22, 10 miles north of Goldendale.
According to the report, Austreberto Juarez, 54, Salem, Ore., was driving his 1999 Kenworth tractor and trailer southbound on SR 97. Juarez lost control and the vehicle rolled onto its right side, coming to rest in the southbound lane.
Juarez was cited with negligent driving.
