White Salmon Farmers’ Market, in collaboration with Gorge Grown Food Network, will be holding one more farmers’ market in White Salmon this year.
On Tuesday, Oct. 15, from 4 to 6 p.m., the White Salmon Fall Harvest Market will take place at Feast Market on the corner of Jewett and Estes. This will be a family-friendly event and is the perfect time to stock up on fresh local produce.
The White Salmon Farmers’ Market saw dramatic growth this year with more farmers and shoppers than ever before. The incredible support from locals has farmers excited to come back next year to build on this year’s success.
The Fall Harvest Market will serve as a thank you from local farmers for all the support they received from White Salmon residents this season. Farmers will gather to give everyone one last opportunity to stock up on the local bounty still available here in the Gorge before the winter months arrive.
Farmers’ tables will be piled high with potatoes, squash, apples, onions, chickens, pears and other fresh produce from their farms, and pre-orders will be available for some crops.
