The Federal Government will be closed as current funding expired on Sept. 30. Due to this event, the Mid-Columbia River National Wildlife Refuge Complex will be closed to the public. This includes: Conboy Lake National Wildlife Refuge, Glenwood; Columbia National Wildlife Refuge, Othello; Cold Spring National Wildlife Refuge, Hermiston, Ore.; McKay Creek National Wildlife Refuge, Pendleton, Ore.; McNary National Wildlife Refuge, Burbank; Toppenish National Wildlife Refuge, Toppenish; Umatilla National Wildlife Refuge, Irrigon, Ore.; and Hanford Reach National Monument, Richland.
