Ian and Dawn Glasser and their 14-year-old daughter, Leah, grow garlic, basil, tomatoes, and various other produce at Columbia Gorge Garlic. Divided between a half-acre they own in White Salmon and three acres in Underwood, Columbia Gorge Garlic can not only be found at the White Salmon Farmers Market, but also on menus at local restaurants, like Solstice, Double Mountain, and Nora’s Table.
