    ROADWAYS. HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES WILL BE MOST IMPACTED. EAST
    TO WEST ORIENTED ROADS WILL EXPERIENCE THE WORST CROSS
    WINDS. HIGHWAY 31 BETWEEN PAISLEY AND SILVER LAKE MAY BE
    SEVERELY IMPACTED. RESIDENTS IN THE AREA SHOULD SECURE LOOSE
