    EVENING...
    * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 9 INCHES ALONG THE CASCADES. 3 TO 6
    INCHES ALONG THE SISKIYOUS WITH LOCAL AMOUNTS UP TO 8 INCHES
    NEAR THE MOUNT ASHLAND SKI AREA.
    * WINDS...SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST 10 TO 25 MPH WHICH CAN CAUSE
    REDUCED VISIBILITIES WITH FALLING AND BLOWING SNOW.
    * TIMING...SNOW IS EXPECTED TO BE HEAVIEST LATE THIS AFTERNOON
    AND EVENING...THEN SNOW WILL TAPER OFF TONIGHT.
    * LOCATIONS INCLUDE...HIGHWAY 62 NEAR CRATER LAKE...HIGHWAYS 138
    AND 230 NEAR DIAMOND LAKE...HIGHWAY 140 NEAR LAKE OF THE
    WOODS...INTERSTATE 5 NEAR SISKIYOU SUMMIT AND MOUNT ASHLAND
    SKI AREA.
    * IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL BE DIFFICULT DUE TO SNOW COVERED ROADS
    AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES ASSOCIATED WITH FALLING AND BLOWING
    SNOW.
