Art & Wine Fusion artwork

The Mt. Adams Chamber of Commerce invites the community to join it at the Art & Wine Fusion in its new location in Daubenspeck Park in Bingen on Saturday, July 27, from 3 to 10 p.m.

It’s time to uncork and take a walk on the art side at the 15th annual Art & Wine Fusion. This iconic fixture in the Columbia Gorge epicurean landscape features amazing artisans, specialty wines created just for the Art and Wine Fusion from world-class Washington and Oregon wineries including Jacob Williams Winery, Upside Down Wines, Major Creek Cellars, Flume Vineyards, AniChe Cellars and Cascade Cliffs Winery, the best pressed ciders from Jester & Judge, Skunk Brothers Spirits, Everybody’s Beer Garden, tasty items from area restaurants, and appearances from top notch entertainers.

Organizers will have a dance floor in place so you can get your groove on with the live music supplied by Eddie Corduroy at 3, the Tracy Fordice Band playing at 5:30, and the Lisa Mann Band at 7:45 and wrapping up by 10 p.m.

The special public unveiling of the “Oh Joy of Joys” bronze statue of Guillermo Fisch, presented by the Northshore Community Foundation, will take place at 5:03 p.m. - a time that had significance to Willy and his many friends. Gather at the main stage for this presentation by the renowned artist Douglas Granum. There will be a special commemorative tempranillo bottled specifically for the event by Marchesi Winery, which will be featured in the sponsor tent.

Vendors are still signing on, but organizers know that La Gula Mexican Foods will be there. Chips Catering will be doing their famous brisket meat sundaes – perfect for walking around the park. Columbia Gorge Gluten free is bringing its savory hand pies, cookies and hopefully pizza. There will be brownies and fruit hand pies from Sweet Things. Community Partners is planning on providing shaved ice and cotton candy at their booth. Bubba’s Brew will provide coffee drinks and more. Many other vendors will have food products for sale like huckleberry jams, roasted salts, flavored vinegars or local honey and much more.

A new addition this year will be the Art Gallery tent which has over 30 very talented exhibitors presenting a diverse array of skills and creations.

Kids’ activities from 3 to 7 p.m. will be happening near the Skate Park & Playground including several art and crafts projects, giant chess, cupcake walk, water play corral, and a face painter.

Entry is $10 for 21 and over. The Tasting Package is $15 and includes your glass, 5 tasting tickets and a discount bulk purchase card. Cash or Credit will be taken at the gate. You can prepay online at and click Tickets for express entry.
